As part of the Manchester Solutions group we have significant experience and proven expertise in the delivery of Government funded programmes, in addition to commercial training services.
Many of our services are free of charge. For Instance, there is usually no charge to a business for the recruitment and training of their young people who undertake an Apprenticeship Programme. Fees for other training programmes and short courses will vary. Members of the Chamber are entitled to 20% discount on all fees.
We have a flexible approach and are able to deliver tailor made training course on an employer's premises, or at our first class training centre in Central Manchester. We specialise in the recruitment & training of young people through the Apprenticeship Programme.
Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships are available to employees aged 16 –24 and include structured training linked to an NVQ.

Skills Solutions are also the first Training Provider in the country to offer the Professional Apprenticeship. This is a programme of learning that maps together Work-Based Learning and Higher Education or Professional Qualifications.
Skills Solutions have a database of high potential achievers, all who are 18 to 21 years old and have successfully completed their "A" Levels or AVCEs, or other equivalent qualifications.
The Professional Apprenticeship will offer them a real alternative to full time university whilst they are professionally employed and earn a regular salary.
This high quality funded training means employers retain highly skilled and flexible staff giving them a competitive advantage in the market.
The Professional Apprenticeship, a trail-blazing Manchester training and education initiative, has proven hugely successful in recent years. Skills Solutions currently offers opportunities in;

We offer a specialist Recruitment Service where we assess, interview and pre-select Apprenticeship candidates for your vacancy, from a our database of over 2500 registered young people.
We then supply personal profiles on each candidate so that you can chose who you wish to interview. Once you have made your selection, we’ll arrange the interviews for you.
Skills Solutions staff will provide ongoing support to both you and your employees throughout the duration of the Training programme.
